Technology
The Monitor Audio AWC265-T2 Ceiling Speaker features a high performance C-CAM bass and high frequency drivers. The C-CAM (Ceramic-Coated Aluminium Magnesium) twin tweeters ensure smooth, detailed and precise sound from a single speaker.
Design
The AWC265-T2 delivers a Stainless Steel trim-less grille which is both strong and corrosion-resistant. The Outdoor Speaker features non-ferrous Samarium Cobalt magnets for grille attachment to prevent rust and corrosion. The Monitor Audio AWC265-T2 is IP55 certified for extreme climate conditions featuring Salt Spray, UV Stability, Water, Vibration and Anti-Corrosion. EPDM barriers are provided in the AWC265-T2 to prevent moisture. EPDM is an extremely durable synthetic rubber membrane, known as Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer.
Installation
The Monitor Audio AWC265-T2 Speaker uses patented Tri-Grip Dog-Leg fixings for easy, long-lasting installation. The Outdoor Speaker has Stainless fixing screws and Gold plated push terminals with Silicone Covers. The Monitor Audio AWC265-T2 is applicable in pool rooms, bathrooms, marine deck and universal outdoor installation.
