Monitor Audio's Ceiling Speaker Technology
The Monitor Audio CSS230 In-Ceiling Speaker features a driver configuration of three 3" C-CAM (Ceramic- Coated Aluminium Magnesium) bass and mid-range drivers in a radial array around a 19 mm C-CAM Gold Dome tweeter (fixed position). The high quality crossover design offers Monitor Audio’s award-winning signature sound quality. In keeping with Monitor Audio’s renowned design rigour, the crossover comprises high quality film capacitors and low loss inductors selected for signal integrity. The CSS230 features a hybrid CP (Controlled Performance) style; the enclosed or open back-box option provides flexible high performance options and sound isolation.
A super slim In Ceiling Speaker Design
The Monitor Audio CSS230 In-Ceiling Speaker is finished in a neutral dark grey with a trim-less white grille that can be painted a colour of your choice to create a seamless blend in your living environment. This Monitor Audio Speaker model can also be completed with a square or premium grille. The mounting depth of the CSS230 is super-slim (50mm) (2"), designed to fit where space is restricted.
